The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the pair met personally to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami arena on 19 December.
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's my goal."
In spite of such comments, a composed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead criticized ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
